Nursery Assistants & Early Years Teaching Assistants September Start | £94–£100 per day Are you an experienced Nursery Assistant or Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity this September? We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a range of educational settings. Your early years experience provides an excellent foundation for working with children who need additional support. The skills you've developed in supporting speech, language and communication, encouraging learning through play, promoting early development, and building positive relationships are highly transferable and invaluable in SEND environments. We're Looking For People Who: • Have experience working as a Nursery Assistant, Early Years Teaching Assistant, or in a similar childcare or education role. • Have a strong understanding of child development and the importance of learning through play. • Can support children's speech, language and communication development through engaging activities and positive interactions. • Are confident adapting activities to meet individual learning, sensory and developmental needs. • Are patient, compassionate, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential. • Can build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. • Enjoy working as part of a supportive team. • Have a proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting children's learning and development.
