Position: Teacher Location: Shepperton, Surrey Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00?am – 3:30?pm) Salary: Paid to scale Overview We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Teacher to join our reputable school in Shepperton, Surrey. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the curriculum, foster a supportive learning environment, and contribute to the school’s commitment to academic excellence. Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated instruction in line with the national curriculum and school policies. • Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records. • Manage classroom behaviour, promoting respect, responsibility, and a positive learning culture. • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives. • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student achievement and welfare. • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required. Essential Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Minimum of 2?years teaching experience in a maintained or independent school. • Strong knowledge of current educational best practices and assessment strategies. • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
