Early and late shifts can be shared and rotated between members of the team. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years professional who is nurturing, creative and genuinely passionate about supporting young children. Previous experience within an Early Years setting is essential, and the school is particularly interested in candidates who share its child-centred approach to learning. Pay will reflect your level of experience. Candidates with significant experience or previous Room Leader responsibilities may be considered at a higher rate, even though this is not specifically a Room Leader position.
