This role offers a unique working pattern, with the opportunity to work full-time during the school holidays and part-time during term time. Candidates looking for full-time work throughout the year can also be accommodated.
The nursery takes a curiosity-led, child-centred approach to learning, encouraging children to explore, play and follow their individual interests.
The successful candidate will share a genuine passion for creating engaging learning experiences that promote children's independence, creativity, confidence and development.
Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will help provide high-quality care and education for children within a nurturing and well-resourced environment.
Your role will include:

Working Hours:
The nursery is open from 7:45am–5:45pm, although you won't necessarily be expected to work the full day. Early and late shifts can be shared and rotated between members of the team.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years professional who is nurturing, creative and genuinely passionate about supporting young children.
Previous experience within an Early Years setting is essential, and the school is particularly interested in candidates who share its child-centred approach to learning.
Pay will reflect your level of experience. Candidates with significant experience or previous Room Leader responsibilities may be considered at a higher rate, even though this is not specifically a Room Leader position.
Why Apply?
• Join a small and supportive nursery team
• Be part of an exciting year-round provision
• Work within a child-led, curiosity-focused environment
• Flexible working patterns across the year
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Genuine opportunity to secure a permanent contract
