Job Title: Nursery Teacher (with QTS) Location: Twickenham, Greater London Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Pay: Paid to scale We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team at a vibrant nursery in Twickenham, Greater London. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for early childhood education, a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and the ability to create a warm and stimulating learning environment for our young learners. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare and deliver educational activities that promote all areas of child development in line with the EYFS. • Observe, assess and record each child’s progress, ensuring the documentation is kept up-to-date, and share this with parents and carers regularly. • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care. • Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a cohesive and positive working environment. • Engage in continuous professional development and reflection to enhance teaching practice. Requirements: • QTS and experience in early years education. • Understanding of safeguarding practices and commitment to child protection. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the children and nursery.
