Job Title: One to One SEN Teaching Assistant, Bromsgrove
Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for supporting special needs children in a classroom setting? An inclusive special school based in Bromsgrove are currently seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, who will provide 1:1 support for pupils of all ages (4-19 years old) with autism and learning difficulties to start in September. Key Responsibilities: • Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN) • Assist in implementing and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs) • Support students' academic, emotional, and social development • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff • Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment Location: Bromsgrove Position: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm) Pay: From £89 per day Long-term opportunities available for the right candidate Requirements: • Nursery and school experience is highly desired • Experience working with children with SEN is essential • Positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young people • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and be part of a committed school team focused on inclusion and pupil progress.
