Are you a passionate Qualified Primary School Teacher seeking flexibility and valuable experience in different educational settings? Axcis Education is looking for dedicated primary teachers with QTS to join our supply team in Oldham, Lancashire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality teaching to primary-aged students across various year groups.
- Be prepared to cover classes for sick leave, with the capacity to adapt quickly to pre-planned work.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Respond dynamically to the needs of the pupils and school staff.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure continuity of learning.
- Be open to receiving early morning calls at 7am to cover same-day assignments.
- Maintain professional standards and follow school policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to different classroom settings and year groups.
- Strong classroom management and behavioural management skills.
