Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team in Wandsworth, London. The ideal candidate will possess a CACHE Level 3 qualification and a Personal First Aid (PFA) certification, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of child care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational activities that promote holistic development in children aged 0-5 years.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe environment that encourages children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues while effectively communicating progress and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of child development and learning outcomes, ensuring compliance with safeguarding practices and policies.
• Collaborate with the team to create a stimulating and effective learning environment, participating in continuous professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
• CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Current Personal First Aid (PFA) certification.
• Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
