Job Title: School Support Worker
School Support Worker – SEND

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting students with SEND in and out of the classroom
Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Encouraging students’ confidence, independence, and personal development
Working closely with teachers and support staff as part of a team
We’re looking for someone who:
Brings energy, patience, and a positive attitude every day
Has experience working with children or young people with SEND (or a strong desire to learn)
Is proactive, creative, and enjoys building meaningful connections with students
Is reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player
Working hours:
8:30am – 3:30pm, term time only, with flexible days to suit you (no weekends!).
