We're currently recruiting enthusiastic Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stages 3 and 4 in inclusive and nurturing school settings. Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant: - Support students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and more - Work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum - Adapt resources and learning strategies in collaboration with class teachers and SENCOs - Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development - Be a reliable, caring adult that students can trust and depend on.
