The Role: - Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm) - Supporting students with SEMH and/or challenging behaviour on a 1:1 and small group basis - Helping to manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and promote positive learning experiences - Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to ensure students feel safe and supported.
