Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs and learning difficulties • Working 1:1 or in small groups to encourage learning and engagement • Supporting the class teacher with behaviour management and classroom routines • Helping pupils develop social, emotional and communication skills • Creating a calm, positive and nurturing environment • Working closely with SENCOs, teachers and other support staff to meet individual learning goals We are looking for someone who: • Has experience working with children or young people (school, care, youth work, support work etc.) • Is patient, reliable and confident supporting additional needs • Can build strong relationships and remain calm under pressure • Has a genuine passion for supporting learners with SEN • Is available to work full-time or flexible days (we can work around you!)
