Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both academically and personally. You'll work on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings, providing tailored support to help students access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months' experience supporting children or young people with SEND in an education or care setting (for overseas applicants, at least 3 months must have been gained in the UK)
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one (we can help with this)
Driving Preferred
Many of the schools we work with are not easily accessible by public transport, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly desirable. All applicants must be able to reliably commute to schools across Chorley and the surrounding areas.
