Job Title: SEND Further Education Teacher
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEND Further Education Teacher to join our supportive team in Sutton (SM2). This full-time role runs from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and involves working with students who have a range of special educational needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN). Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the unique needs of students. Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support academic and personal growth. Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages positive social interaction and emotional resilience. Collaborate with other professionals and families to ensure holistic support for each student. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Proven experience working with students with SEND, particularly ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and SLCN. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
