Location: Uxbridge, UB8 Salary: £89 PAYE Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 08:45 AM to 4:30 PM About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate Learning support care assistant to assist students with severe learning and physical needs. You will support students with personal care, manual handling, and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with severe needs. • Assist with personal care tasks, including manual handling. • Support students with challenging behaviour and maintain a safe environment. • Work closely with staff to meet students' learning and care needs. Skills and Experience Required: • Current Child and Adult DBS check. • Manual Handling and Safeguarding Level 2 training (preferred). • Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting students. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
