Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – NW10
SEND Teaching Assistant – NW10 Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Term Time) Location: NW10 Pay: £83.40 – £90 per day (PAYE), depending on experience Axcis Education is seeking compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join a supportive learning environment. This role offers the opportunity to support students with diverse additional needs in both mainstream and specialist SEND settings, helping them excel academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students aged 16+, with needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH challenges. • Assist students in both mainstream classrooms and specialist SEND settings. • Engage with structured learning programmes to help students progress. • Contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment. What We’re Looking For: • Caring, committed individuals passionate about supporting students with additional needs. • Experience in SEND settings is preferred but not essential. • Proactive and empathetic approach to working with diverse needs.
