We are looking for a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Reading, supporting pupils across a range of ages and a wide variety of SEND needs. The role will involve providing tailored classroom support, encouraging engagement and helping pupils develop both academically and personally. Personal care is an essential part of the role, so applicants must be comfortable supporting pupils with these needs.
