The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and committed to providing tailored support to students with a variety of learning needs. You will play an essential role in offering personalised support to students, helping them thrive in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with class teachers to understand the educational needs and learning objectives of students with various learning difficulties or disabilities. • Provide in-class support to students, helping them understand instructions, complete tasks, and engage with the curriculum. • Create a supportive and motivational learning environment that fosters student independence and boosts self-confidence. What We’re Looking For: • A confident, proactive, and patient approach to supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and challenging behaviour. • The ability to create engaging learning strategies and interventions tailored to individual students’ needs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, understanding, and the ability to build strong rapport with students. • SEND experience, whether personal or professional, is highly valued.
