The ideal candidate will provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to facilitate their learning and personal development in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting resources to meet individual learners' needs. • Support students with diverse learning challenges, including those with autism, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties. • Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere by promoting positive behaviour and social interaction among peers. • Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. • Collaborate with specialists and other professionals to implement effective intervention strategies. • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom activities and transitions. Qualifications: • Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support (Level 2 or above). • Experience working with children with SEND in a school setting is preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • A nurturing approach with a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners.
