We are seeking a Sports Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic SEND school in Orpington. This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and engage students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours, using sport and physical activity as a powerful tool for learning, personal growth, and positive change. The Role: - Supporting the delivery of PE and sports sessions across both primary and secondary phases. - Encouraging student engagement in physical activities to boost well-being and social skills. - Promoting positive behaviour through structure, encouragement, and consistent support. - Providing one-to-one and small group assistance to ensure inclusive participation.
