Teaching Assistant / HLTA – SEN (Autism & Complex Needs) Greenford, Ealing Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:45am – 3:45pm Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role Axcis Education is working in partnership with a supportive Primary Special Needs School in Greenford, Ealing, to recruit a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant or HLTA for a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs within a structured and nurturing environment. Candidates with HLTA experience are highly desirable. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver personalised learning programmes and promote pupil development, independence, and inclusion.
