About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students who may have special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, or behavioural challenges. You’ll provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping students stay engaged in lessons and build confidence in a nurturing environment. You'll collaborate with teachers and the school’s SENCO to adapt learning strategies, monitor progress, and encourage independence, all while promoting a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
