About the Role:
We are currently recruiting flexible, dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants for a variety of settings. You'll be supporting pupils with a diverse range of needs, which may include:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Physical Disabilities
- Complex Medical Needs
- Speech, Language, and Communication Needs
Working closely with class teachers, therapists, and families, you will help create a safe, engaging, and personalised learning environment for every child.
Who We’re Looking For:
- We’d love to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school-based or transferable)
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
