About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students across a range of age groups, working closely with individuals who are non-verbal or have significant communication and developmental needs. You’ll collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver personalised learning approaches and communication strategies that enable each pupil to reach their full potential.
