Have previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential).
• Are adaptable, resilient, and proactive.
• Can build positive, trusting relationships while providing consistent support.
• Are committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
Why Join This School?
• A rewarding one-to-one role where you'll see the impact of your support every day.
• A welcoming and experienced SEND team that values and supports its staff.
• Opportunities to work alongside therapists and other specialist professionals.
• Ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills.
• A stable, long-term position with excellent career development opportunities.
• The chance to make a meaningful difference from the very start of the new academic year.
