Teaching Assistant - Swinton Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's education? Position Details: • Location: Swinton (M27) • Start Date: After Easter • Pay Rate: £89 - £100 per day (depending on experience) • Job Type: Full-time, with the potential for a permanent contract What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within an educational setting • A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents. • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs. • The ability to adapt to different classroom settings and assist in a variety of subjects.
