Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Bolton Area)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at a vibrant primary school in the heart of Bolton.
Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils across the school. You will help create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment, supporting both whole-class activities and small group or one-to-one interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons.
Working with small groups or individual pupils to aid learning and progress.
Assisting with classroom organisation and preparing learning materials.
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children’s emotional wellbeing.
Helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work well as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
Is patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with children.
Ideally has prior experience in a school or childcare setting (though training will be provided).

Pay rate: £13.69 per hour
