Role Responsibilities: • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, including small group or 1:1 work. • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management. • Provide additional support for children with SEND or additional learning needs. • Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: • Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar). • A patient, caring, and proactive attitude. • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
