Teaching Assistant – SEN (Autism & Complex Needs) School Type: SEND Primary school Location: Hillingdon, London – near Hayes & Harlington Station Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role Axcis Education is working in partnership with a dedicated Primary Special Needs School in Hillingdon to recruit a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position starting in January 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs, providing 1:1 support within the classroom and assisting pupils to access learning in a structured and nurturing environment. The role may also involve personal care. You will work closely with teachers and a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised learning, manage challenging behaviour, and promote inclusion.
