We’re recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for a pupil with additional needs on a maternity cover contract placement, starting March. What the role involves: • 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 pupil with SEND needs • Helping the pupil access lessons and participate fully in school activities • Supporting social, emotional and communication skills • Encouraging independence and confidence in classroom routines You’ll work alongside the class teacher and wider school staff to deliver consistent, positive support that makes a real difference to the pupil’s school experience.
