About the Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASC and complex needs Support pupils with speech and language difficulties, using structured communication strategies Assist with personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets Promote communication, engagement, and emotional regulation Support sensory needs and structured daily routines Work alongside teachers, therapists, and speech and language professionals Help create a calm, predictable, and supportive learning environment This role requires patience, consistency, and confidence supporting pupils with additional communication needs.
