Do you want to make a real difference every day? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Earlsfield. This rewarding role involves supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils with autism, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals. The Role: • Support pupils with autism in both classroom and specialist learning environments. • Assist with the delivery of tailored learning activities and interventions. • Promote positive behaviour, communication, and social development. • Work closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and other professionals to ensure pupils receive the support they need. • Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The Ideal Candidate: • Has a genuine interest in working with children and young people with SEND. • Is patient, compassionate, and resilient. • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Previous experience supporting children is desirable but not essential. • Graduates interested in child development, psychology, education, or SEND are encouraged to apply.
