Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: N7, North London
Start Date: September 2026
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Long-Term Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a highly supportive primary school in N7 from September 2026. This is a rewarding long-term opportunity to work with children aged 4–11, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing while helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive both in school and beyond.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
• Support pupils with communication, social and emotional development
• Encourage independence and confidence both in and out of the classroom
• Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals to support pupil progress
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)
• Is patient, compassionate and resilient
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
• Has a genuine passion for inclusive education and child development
