Position: Teaching Graduate Location: Wandsworth, London Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Remuneration: Paid to Scale We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Graduate to join our dynamic educational team in Wandsworth, London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and contributing to a stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and execute educational activities. - Facilitate small group learning and provide one-on-one support to students. - Employ innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning outcomes. - Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom atmosphere. - Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings. - Assist in the evaluation and recording of student progress, adapting strategies as needed to meet individual needs. - Engage with parents or guardians to share student achievements and address concerns. - Support the school's ethos, policies, and goals, maintaining professionalism at all times.
