Job Title: Teaching Support Worker
Are you looking for meaningful work supporting young people as a Teaching Support Worker / Teaching Assistant in Bath? This full-time role is based within a well-known further education setting in the city, supporting students aged 16–18 with autism and learning disabilities as they prepare for adulthood, employment and independence. The learning environment is calm, structured and designed to help young people develop both academically and personally. The role • Teaching Support Worker supporting students aged 16–18 • Focus on autism and learning disabilities • Full-time, 4 days per week, 8:30am–3:30pm • £13.70 per hour • Starts ASAP, becoming permanent after a 16-week settling-in period You’ll support students in lessons and practical activities, helping them stay engaged, build independence and develop essential life skills.
