As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring they remain engaged with their lessons, and maintaining a productive classroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a desire to support students' academic progress. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. Ensure students are focused and engaged in the work set by the teacher. Manage student behaviour in line with the school's policies. Provide support for students with additional needs when required. Report back to teaching staff on student progress, behaviour, and any concerns. Ensure that all students follow school policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with young people (preferably in a school setting). Strong communication and classroom management skills. An enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting students. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments and subject areas.
