We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our mainstream middle school (Year group 5-8) in Evesham (WR11). You will be working with various students across year group as part of pastoral team in mainstream lessons. Building confidence & helping students with varying SEND needs to access the curriculum. About You: • Experience working with children, particularly in a school, educational, residential, or care setting • A patient, caring, and understanding approach, with the ability to support children with emotional and learning needs. • A strong team player with excellent communication skills. A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
