As a Secondary Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential. The Role includes: • Work collaboratively with the class teachers to understand the educational needs and learning objectives for individual students with various learning difficulties or disabilities • Offer in-class support to students, assisting them with understanding instructions, completing tasks, and staying engaged with the curriculum • Provide one-to-one or small group tuition outside the classroom as required, facilitating a better understanding of the subject matter • Foster a supportive and motivational learning environment that encourages student independence and self-confidence.
