Salary: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours
Flexible hours based on the school examination timetable. Morning and afternoon sessions will be available during examination periods throughout the academic year.
Purpose of the Role
To support the smooth and secure running of internal and external examinations by ensuring examination regulations and procedures are followed at all times. The postholder will help create a calm, fair, and supportive environment for students during examinations.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare examination rooms before candidates arrive, including setting out materials and checking seating arrangements.
Admit candidates into the examination venue in line with examination regulations.
Ensure all examination conditions are maintained throughout the exam session.
Distribute and collect examination papers and materials securely and accurately.
Supervise students during examinations and respond appropriately to queries in accordance with exam procedures.
Record attendance and report any irregularities, incidents, or breaches of examination rules.
Assist with starting and finishing examinations on time.
Support students with approved access arrangements where required.
Ensure examination scripts and confidential materials are handled securely at all times.
Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
