Pay Rate: £83.30 - £95 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they achieve their full potential. You’ll assist with:
- 1:1 Support: Helping children with additional needs, such as Autism, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
- Small Group Work: Supporting literacy, numeracy, and other key skills in small group settings.
- Classroom Assistance: Managing resources, encouraging positive behaviour, and contributing to a vibrant learning environment.
- SEN Support: Working with children who may require specific attention due to learning difficulties or behavioural needs.
