The Role As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will: - Provide tailored support to students in class, small groups, or on a 1:1 basis. - Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. - Offer encouragement and support to pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Work with students who may have additional needs, such as Autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties, ensuring their individual requirements are met. - Support the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and communication skills. Help with classroom preparation and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: - Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). - Have experience working with children in a primary school setting. - Be passionate about education and supporting young learners. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Be proactive, flexible, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. - Have an understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures.
