Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging learning activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of children.
• Observe and assess children's development, ensuring progress is documented accurately.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through positive interaction.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance the overall educational experience within the setting.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in an early years setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
