Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Educator with a Level 3 qualification to join our vibrant nursery team in Wandsworth, London. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Develop and implement inclusive, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities tailored to individual children's needs.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive community.
• Ensure a safe and clean learning environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in an early years setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
