Key Responsibilities: • Offer a safe and nurturing environment for students to express their concerns and feelings. • Provide one-on-one and group support sessions addressing various emotional and behavioural issues. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to implement effective support strategies. • Monitor student progress and well-being, maintaining accurate records and reporting as necessary. • Organize and facilitate workshops, activities, and interventions to enhance resilience and personal development. • Uphold the school’s values and promote a positive culture within the educational environment.
