The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
• Support students with SEND to achieve their academic, social, and personal goals.
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders.
• Develop personalised learning opportunities that encourage confidence and independence.
• Support the ongoing growth and development of the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching pupils with SEND.
• A passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
• Experience adapting learning to meet individual pupil needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
