Key Responsibilities: • Support individual students and small groups with diverse learning needs, ensuring accessibility and engagement in the curriculum. • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans that promote the academic, social, and emotional growth of students. • Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and provisions, adapting materials to suit varied learning styles. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. • Uphold the school’s ethos and contribute positively to a collaborative atmosphere among staff and students.
