Axcis Education is looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to cover absences at a special school in Reading. This role supports children of all ages with PMLD, complex needs, autism, challenging and sometimes dangerous behaviour, and other special needs. You will be working one-to-one with pupils, providing personal care and supporting learning and engagement throughout the day. Confidence in managing challenging behaviour, patience and flexibility are essential. The role is from 8:30am to 3:30pm, and the ability to work at short notice is required.
