Job Title: Teaching assistant
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at our renowned special needs school in Hounslow, supporting students with challenging behaviour.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting students aged 16-18, helping them navigate both academic and personal challenges in a positive, structured environment.
Behaviour Support:
-Work 1:1 with students or in small groups to provide focused support, especially for those with challenging behaviour.
-Specialized Environment: Be part of a team dedicated to creating a safe, supportive learning space for young adults.
-Competitive Salary: Daily rate starting at £110+, with opportunities for growth.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate start available
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in SEND education or healthcare
Team Teach Training: Team Teach training is essential to ensure safe, supportive, and effective interactions with students.
Positive Attitude: A proactive and empathetic approach, with the patience to support students facing complex behavioural challenges.
Passion: A strong commitment to helping young adults with special needs achieve their goals and gain greater independence.
