We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at our renowned special needs school in Hounslow, supporting students with challenging behaviour. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting students aged 16-18, helping them navigate both academic and personal challenges in a positive, structured environment. Behaviour Support: -Work 1:1 with students or in small groups to provide focused support, especially for those with challenging behaviour. -Specialized Environment: Be part of a team dedicated to creating a safe, supportive learning space for young adults. -Competitive Salary: Daily rate starting at £110+, with opportunities for growth.
