Special needs learning support assistants Do you currently work in care? Work as a youth worker? As long as you have skills that we feel would make you suitable, it is absolutely possible for us to help you move over in work with vulnerable children. You will need to have lots of empathy, patience and focus on outcomes and the journey to students there. You will need to be approachable to children of all ages and be able to work both well on your own but also as part of a team. We often have fixed term contract work in special needs schools that we simply do not have the staffing levels to fill and many of these go permanent if the placement works out well. So if you are looking for a change or break to get into education, don't delay and get in touch today. We are looking for people that can start ASAP. Hours are 8:30 - 3:30 Monday to Friday.
