Job Title: Youth Support Worker

This full-time role and starts ASAP, and if it’s the right fit, it could become a permanent position after the first few months. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting students with learning disabilities to help them grow both academically and personally. Working alongside teaching staff to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom. Helping students follow their personalised education plans—every student is different, and your encouragement will help them thrive. Keeping an eye on how students are progressing and sharing helpful feedback with teachers and parents. What We’re Looking For Experience working with people with learning disabilities is a plus, but the most important things are your kindness, patience, and ability to build positive relationships.
