Job Title: Experienced Early Years Practitioner
Position: Experienced Early Years Practitioner* Location: Wandsworth, London Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Remuneration: Paid to scale We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team in Wandsworth, London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood education and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care and learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities that adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. - Monitor and record each child's progress, ensuring their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development is supported. - Create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn. - Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support the children's needs and share their developmental progress. - Manage classroom resources effectively and maintain a clean and organized learning space.
